Due to community restrictions, no short term rentals allowed. 32 days is the minimum lease stay. This is a quiet community with very nice neighbors. Absolutely no parties of any kinds. No events. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am every day of the week.

One room in the home will remained locked as the owners room. Access is for 2 bedroom/2bath only. Bedroom 1 is king on main level. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds on upper level. 1 full bath on main level 1 full bath on upper level
